Core Engineering Skills
I’m Tobias Sjöblom, a Materials Processing Technology Engineering student at Arcada UAS with a strong hands-on background and a growing focus on automation. I buld and test ideas using CAD/CAE, 3D printing, and programming (C, Python) . And I've worked on Festo CIROS simulations to model and document robotics/automation conecpts.
Earlier roles in municipal maintenance and refurbishment strenghten my practical problem-solving, safety mindset, and attention to quality . I'm now aiming for engineering roles where I can combine materials knowledge with smart design and automation-driven thinking.
CAD Design & Technical Drawings

Worked in a field team delivering municipal infrastructure maintenance and inspections. Supported day-to-day planning, problem-solving on site, and safe execution to keep public areas functional and compliant.
